Please be aware that we require a 24-hour advanced notice for all appointment cancellations. Voicemail message is available 24 hours a day for your convenience. Missed appointments without proper notice may be subject to a $25 cancellation fee, and you will be required to either prepay for future appointments or put a credit card on file.
Gift cards can be purchased for any dollar amount. Gift cards can be redeemed for services, products, and gratuities. All gift card purchases are non-refundable. This location only accepts gift cards with our current location. The gift card must present with our address 4811 W. Gandy Blvd. Tampa, FL 33611.
Please Note that we do not accept 'Spa Finder' Gift Cards
We also recommend you to book an appointment ahead of time due to the volume of clientele, especially for weekend services. We tend to book up a day or two in advance. When booking online through our website or google, please only book appointments on the top of the hour to make sure we can accommodate as many clients as we can! If you do not book at the top of the hour, our staff will call and ask to move your appointment time. If you are unable to answer we will leave a message and move your appointment time to the closest top of the hour. Thank you for understanding!
To ensure that you are attending your appointment, as a courtesy to you, we confirm all appointments via telephone, text message, and email. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please make sure that you speak directly with one of our front desk receptionists.

Merchandise may be returned for a refund within 7 days of purchase. To enable a refund please be sure that all merchandise is unopened & not damaged.
We respectfully ask that you maintain a quiet level of conversation while in the spa. Please be sure that your cell phone is on silent or turned off once you arrive.
We are very excited that you want to spend the day with us! We ask that you call in advance to book your Spa Day packages. Please keep in mind that for any spa day that consists of 2 or more services, we require a credit card on file to reserve your appointment.
If you are pregnant, please note that you must be 14 weeks into your pregnancy and should consult your doctor before getting a massage.
Due to insurance reasons, you must receive a prenatal massage.
To ensure that you get every second of your pamper session, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. New clients are asked to fill out our New Client form online. If you are unable to do so, please give yourself enough time to complete before service. If you arrive late, please note that it will result in reduced service time, and you will be charged the full-service price.
Children & Teens
Services are available for children & teens (17 Y/O & under). If the child is age 16 or younger, they must have a parent or guardian in the service room with them. If the child is 17 years of age, their parent or guardian must be inside the physical location. All clients under the age of 17 must have a parent or guardian sign a consent form.
