Spa Policies 

At Essentials South Tampa, our goal is provide you with the best possible day spa experience. To ensure that we do so, we have established policies to assist our service providers and benefit you! We want to become your preferred day spa in the Tampa area!

Arrival Time

To ensure that you get every second of being pampered, we ask that you arrived before your appointment time 10-15 Minutes before your pampering begins! New clients are asked to fill out our New Client form online. If you are unable to do so please give yourself enough time before your service begins. If you arrive late, please note that it will result in reduced service time, and you will be charge the full service price.

Booking Appointments 

We also recommend you to book and appointment ahead of time due to the volume of clientele, especially for weekend services. We tend to book up a day or two in advance. When booking online through our website or google, please only book appointments on the top of the hour to make sure we can accommodate as many clients as we can! If you do not book on the top of the hour, our staff will call and ask to move your appointment time. If you are unable to answer we will leave a message and move your appointment time to the closest top of the hour. Thank you for understanding!

Spa Environment 

We respectfully ask that you maintain a quiet level of conversation while in the spa. Please be sure that your cell phone is on silence or turned off once you arrive. 

Gift Cards 

Gift cards are allowed to be purchased for any dollar amount. Gift cards can be redeemed for services, products, and gratuities. All gift card purchases are non-refundable. This location only accepts gift cards with our current location. The gift card must present with our address 4325 Henderson Blvd. Tampa, Fl 33629.

Spa Day/Packages 

We are very excited that you want to send the day with us! We ask that you call in advanced to book your Spa Day packages. Please keep in mind that any spa day that consist of 3 or more services, we require a credit card on file to reserve your appointment.

Children & Teens 

Under Age Guest

Services are available for children & teens( 17 Y/O & under). If the child is age 16 or younger, they must have a parent or guardian in the service room with them. If the child is of age 17, there parent or guardian must be inside the physical location. All clients under the age of 17 must have a parent or guardian sign a consent form. 

To ensure that you are attending your appointment, as a courtesy to you we confirm all appointments via telephone,  text message, and email. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please make sure that you speak directly with one of our front desk receptionist. 

Appointment Confirmations 


Merchandise may be returned for a refund within 7 days of purchase. To enable a refund please be sure that all merchandise is unopened & not damaged.
